3 Day winter incentive program in Riga, Latvia
Baltic Events & Tours in Latvia recently hosted a corporate group of 150 pax from France. This was a 3 day incentive trip, full of surprises and excitement, showcasing the best of charming Riga.
Staying in the Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija allowed the delegates to enjoy the best view of the city from the top floor Skyline bar. They learned about Latvia and it’s culture and history during a walking tour in the Old Town, keeping warm with a tasting of legendary Riga Black Balsam liquor. A candlelight dinner was held in a vaulted cellar restaurant creating an authentic medieval atmosphere.
The winter team building day gave participants the chance to try Ice Sculpting, play Curling and descend at 100 km/hour down the icy Bobsleigh track in Sigulda. An exquisite Gala dinner was hosted in the Latvian Society House with a Latvian contemporary dance show and DJ playing late into the night.
The final day was for optional tours, visiting Riga Central Market, tasting Latvian specialities, getting acquainted with the Art Nouveau architecture and facades of Riga or relaxing in the luxurious day spa.
