BDP Business Events, based in Copenhagen, opened its doors in 1997 and is now a leading DMC in Denmark. Each year we create and manage between 100-150 large and smaller events and groups throughout Denmark. We have worked with clients from many cultures and countries, and multiple industry segments (automobile, pharma, insurance, governmental, finance etc.)

We handle small VIP corporate board groups and complex large events and travel incentives. Our largest congress event had 7 000 participants from all over the world. We have also successfully handled several car launches and thus gained the detailed expertise you need to take care of these special events.

At BDP we have our own Guide School, Gvidi, where we train our guides, assistants and hosts to become local destination experts, ready to welcome your delegates with friendly smiles and world class service.

Denmark is blessed to offer many unique event locations and Copenhagen offers great waterside opportunities for your events. There can’t be many capital cities where you can kayak in front of the opera house, rent a floating dining room or hot-tub boat, swim in its clean canals and enjoy a team building activity cycling around its tranquil waterside harbor route.
