Glacier adventure experience in Icelandic Super Jeeps
g-events dmc | pco organises an unforgettable driving experience combining thrilling rides, unique activities and local meals. Start the day in powerful Icelandic Super Jeeps, parked in front of your hotel, ready to welcome 8-14 passengers each.
Mounted on 46” tyres, these unique Jeeps have all the necessary technical equipment for a true expedition. Driven by professional drivers, the jeeps can cross rivers and rough terrain and climb glaciers! Once on the glacier, another adventure awaits as you ride your own snowmobile to reach the top of Europe’s second-largest glacier. Surrounded by 360° panoramic views, enjoy a buffet lunch served on snow-carved tables. From Icelandic hot dogs to traditional lamb soup, a truly Icelandic experience awaits your incentive delegates.
As this is a 10-hour day, we have some comfort stops for you. On the way to the glacier, we will stretch our legs down the canyon between the Euro-Asian and North American tectonic plates. This is the Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We also take a break at Geysir. Apart from great shops, you can observe a hot spring spouting up to 30 meters high. On the way back from the glacier to Reykjavik, right after a bumpy ride across snowfields and highlands, we will stop at the majestic Gullfoss Waterfall.
