Atlantur DMC hosted an incentive full of unforgettable moments and lively activities on Sal Island in Cabo Verde. Cabo Verde is a new trendy destination for incentive trips, located within a short distance from Europe.

The 3-day incentive was for a group of 50 French delegates who stayed in the amazing Hilton Cabo Verde Sal 5* resort. The programme started with a la carte morning activities such as snorkeling, a walking tour to Santa Maria and spa massages at the hotel. The afternoon meeting session went well in the fully-equipped meeting room at the Hilton. The conference highlight was an “ice-breaker” moment of a Capoeira workshop in the garden.

The welcome dinner took place in the Culture House with a Cabo Verde carnival theme, which included welcome caipirinha with drums performance, live carnival music during dinner, capoeira and carnival school performance, with their impressive outfits, finalizing with the DJ, who made all the delegates start to dance.

After the morning meeting and lunch on the 2nd day, the fun started: a sunny afternoon exploring the blue sea in catamaran and sailing boats, where music, drinks, snacks and a good mood did not fail! The gala dinner took place at the fancy Bikini Beach restaurant, with tribal dances, jambe and fire show welcome entertainment, dancers performing traditional dances and DJ to cheer up the evening.

The last day was full of memorable moments. The group went on a jeep safari adventure to discover the best-hidden spots on the island – amazing beaches, viewpoints, the fishing village of Palmeira, the mirages at Terra Boa, the salt mines of Pedra de Lume, Sharks Bay and the kite surfers stop. Lunch was at a typical restaurant in the middle of the desert, where a local band created the perfect ambience with their music, while the group enjoyed the local dish “Cachupa”. Before heading to the airport, delegates had time for shopping, local food and liquor tasting and a farewell dinner at one of the best islands’s restaurants – “Le Prive”, a cosy garden with French cuisine style and live music.
