These versatile dishes are usually served with rice or funchi (Dutch Antilles Cornmeal). It is comfort food at its finest.
Best nightlife: Curacao has amazing nightlife and is a huge party island! With many bars, clubs, and other nightlife in Willemstad, staying in the capital is recommended if you want to be near the fun.
Best time to visit is generally between the months of December and mid-April, which is considered peak season. Curaçao Carnival culminates with a grand street parade in March.
