There are ATV/Dune Buggies, a zip line, safari, horseback riding and push karts on this 400-acre estate. Must eat: Sandra’s Bar is found in a wooden shack on the Cliff in the West End. Top of the offering is curried goat with a serving of rice, peas and steamed local vegetables. Try the goat belly soup, seasoned to perfection with natural spices.
Best nightlife: One Love Bus Crawl allows you to simply hop onto a party bus and visit five to seven authentic bars and scenes on the One Love Drive on Negril’s West End. The fun continues at Jungles Night Club.

Top Tip: Reggae Sumfest is the largest music festival in Jamaica and the Caribbean, taking place each year mid-July in Montego Bay, an easy ride from Negril. It kicks off with a huge beach party and continues every night for the week with a line-up of major artists, in a huge fiesta of tempo and music. Many new artists are born out of these festivals in Jamaica, “the heartbeat of the world.
