- Snorkel or dive some of the most amazing sites in the Caribbean. Home to a variety of marine life, including colorful fish and coral, wrecks like the German freighter Antilla, or the 170-foot English freighter Jane Sea, are a great way to experience the beauty of Aruba’s underwater world.

- Discover the Street Art Capital of the Caribbean and enjoy a Mural Tour in the city of San Nicolaas where many international and local artists have brought new life to the city. Today, the city has over 40 murals that can be explored while walking the streets.
- Located in the northeastern part of Aruba, the Arikok National Park covers 7907 acres of natural area. Home to a diverse array of wildlife, several hiking trails, and breathtaking views, this is also an opportunity to learn about the local flora, fauna, geology and history. While you’re in the park, visit the famous Quadirikiri Cave, featuring two large chambers with roof openings that allow sunlight in, making flashlights unnecessary.
Must Eat: Keshi Yena or Stuffed Cheese is a kind of Chicken Pie with a lot of cheese. It originated from the history of the Dutch West Indies when discarded Edam and Gouda cheese rinds were stuffed with table scraps to make a meal. Nowadays, this traditional and popular dish has been refined with sliced cheese on the base and topped with chicken filling, making it the best of Holland and the Caribbean combined!
Best Nightlife: Aruba’s bustling nightlife is one of the most diverse in the Caribbean, offering visitors a little bit of everything. Relax, grab a drink and enjoy a beautiful sunset at one of the many beach bars. Take a stroll down the Palm Beach strip for a more exciting nightlife scene, or hop on an open-air Party Bus for a fun pub crawl. With so many bars and restaurants to choose from, barhopping the Palm Beach strip is a must do.
Best time to visit: The trade winds create a climate that is tropical and arid. The average temperature is 27 degrees Celsius (80.6 degrees Fahrenheit), with little variation throughout the year. The island lies outside the hurricane belt, so severe weather is rare, making Aruba a great place to visit all year round.
Top Tip: Carnaval, Carnaval, Carnaval! This wonderful season starts officially on November 11, but most parades and activities take place in January and February. The Carnaval season in Aruba is a great way to experience the local culture and diversity. During Carnaval, culture meets creativity, the music connects the people and boy does the Carnaval music make you want to dance!
