A city built for hospitality that never sits still!
Have you been to Las Vegas lately? If you haven’t, come again! Things change daily in the city that was built to entertain and is a master of reimagination.
As Cocoon Incentives DMC in Las Vegas celebrates 15 years, we’ve had the privilege of watching the city evolve. Yes, it’s known for casinos, but here’s the insider truth: you can design an entirely non-gaming experience without sacrificing energy, luxury, or the wow-factor. Properties like Four Seasons and ARIA offer a more refined, casino-free environment while still placing you in the heart of the action.
Competition drives constant innovation, and few destinations reinvent themselves as quickly as Las Vegas. Hotels, restaurants, and venues constantly race to outdo one another – and the result is ever-elevating experiences for your guests. The culinary scene alone is reason enough to come: from Michelin-starred dining to outrageously indulgent headline-making eateries like the “Heart-attack burger” with 40 slices of bacon on top of a 1.5-pound patty!
But maybe the most thrilling thing these days are the AI advancements Las Vegas is embracing. There is a reason why it holds the largest tech convention every year. AI and modern technology is everywhere – from robot bars where AI-powered bartenders mix your drinks, to driverless Ubers and the stunning shows at the Sphere
And while Las Vegas can appear over-the-top, it is also mindful of its resources. Large, high-capacity photovoltaic projects fuel the glitz and glamor, such as MGM’s own solar array or the gemini solar project with a 690 MW output.
Must experiences
- A multi-sensory show at the Sphere
It’s an experience like no other! If your group is large enough, you can have an extraordinary private event space built for scale, storytelling and connection. Imagine a product launch here! And yes, you can also brand the outside of the sphere for the whole world to see.
- A helicopter fly-over the strip
Only from a birds-eye perspective do you see the vastness and grandness of the strip! From the Luxor Pyramid over New York’s Brooklyn Bridge, the Eiffel Tower, Venetian Canals to the Sphere, you’ll see over 12 million lights twinkling. There is no other place on earth you can do this as a prelude to your dinner. If you want to impress your guests, this will!
- Flying over the Grand Canyon
Another helicopter experience for the memory books is a flight over one of the world’s natural wonders – the mighty Grand Canyon. There are many tours to choose from, we will match you with the one that fits your groups’ time frame and budget.
- A Culinary Tour to experience the most delicacies in the shortest amount of time
With only limited time in town and an unlimited amount of culinary options, a Food Tour will allow you to taste the town in the most delightful way. These experiences are ideal for group engagement, encouraging movement, interaction, and discovery.
Immerse yourself into a surreal world you didn’t know existed! Art, technology, and entertainment collide, with mind-boggling surprises and wonder at every turn!
A glimpse into the future as you take a ride in the driverless tunnel system to/from the Convention Center. This is the best $8 spent while in Las Vegas. Soon to come: a tunnel that connects the airport with some of the hotels.
Must eat
- Start with a buffet at Bacchanal at Caesar’s Palace – and you won’t have to eat for the rest of the day. It’s pure opulence and you can enjoy large crab legs, healthy shots and an entire array of eatables from the earth and the seas.
- For lunch, experience an Italian inspired market atmosphere with food stations at Eataly.
- For extraordinary dinner experiences go to a celebrity chef restaurant. It’s a spectacle for all your senses!
- After-dinner drink: Dive into one of the Speakeasies. They are not easy to find, so let us guide you there.
Best nightlife
Where to start – this city is pure nightlife! And because the night isn’t long enough, the party continues during the day at “Day clubs” as well!
- OMNIA at Ceasar’s Palace celebrates Day Parties on its 46 000 sq ft area. Connect to the nightclub by a bridge for a non-stop party!
- LIV Beach and LIV Night at the new Fontainebleau also turn night into day, and day into night!
Best time to visit
October through June are the best times to visit as the summers get hot. However, year round you can expect clear blue skies as rain is rare in the desert climate.
Our local travel experience tip
Play with the contrasts of nature and man-made for a full immersion day. Start with a helicopter ride to either the Grand or Antilope Canyon for a unique nature show. Then dive into the digital world of Area 15 for a complete contrast, and end with an acrobatic Cirque Show showcasing some of the best human body performances. Only in Vegas and all in just one day!
