BDP Business Events, your DMC in Denmark, is excited to once again offer the influential Noma Restaurant to small exclusive groups. Noma was recently re-opened in Copenhagen with new digs and a greater focus on seasonality.
The new address of Chef René Redzepi displays an urban farm, dedicated rooms for meat, fish and fermentation, along with a private dining room. Although Noma now encompasses a veritable complex — with seven buildings — the restaurant’s dining room will still seat just 40 people per night, not including a private room, which seats between eight and 16.
Noma 2.0 will pay even closer attention to seasonality. The first menu, available through May, will focus on Scandinavian seafood. A “vegetable season” will start in May, followed by a “game and forest season,” highlighting meat dishes, which will take the restaurant from early fall through the end of the year.
There is no doubt that Noma will regain it’s title of best restaurant in the world maintaining Copenhagen as a top class gastronomic destination for all the food lovers.
