Who We Are
Established in 2015, 1 DMC World is a global network of Destination Management Companies that share the same ethics, creativity, values and client service standards. Most importantly, they meet the strict membership criteria as set out by founding chairman Paul Stephen.
With more than two decades of travel industry experience, Paul has previously founded other DMC networks and MICE agencies. He currently owns and manages two South African based travel companies i.e. DMC South Africa (for inbound groups) and EISH events & incentives (a boutique outbound agency).
Each DMC within the 1 DMC World network is privately owned, locally located and licensed; with almost all being owner-managed. Their hands-on management, local knowledge and professional service are complemented and supported by the joint marketing efforts and operational assistance 1 DMC World offers.
Currently represented in 52 countries, the professional 1 DMC World network is committed to upholding industry-leading standards of professionalism and quality, but most importantly ensuring the success of every travel event, incentive and programme our clients entrust us with.
